Square #51: American Pride Square

Tools needed: size H hook, yarn needle, tape measure or ruler

Yarn needed: 3 colors medium (4) worsted weight yarn- Red, white, and blue!

Skills needed: chain, slip stitch, double crochet

Notes: A quick and easy square for the holiday! I got to 6 inches well before the end of the pattern, because I crochet loosely and accidentally used an I hook.  So I left off the last two stripe rows and the edging.  And yes, my star is really wonky.  Actually, I just realized I sewed it on upside down.  Oh well.  Trial and error.   Happy 4th everyone!!
